PSB is presently one of Quebec’s leading accounting firms, consisting of approximately 100 people.

2008: PSB Boisjoli
PSB Boisjoli was created from the merger of PSB and Boisjoli Sabbag on January 1st, 2008. These two well established firms in Québec have joined the forces of some 120 people to become one of the leaders in the accounting sector in Québec.

Boisjoli Sabbag was founded in the1920s as Baker, Kerrin & Landers. In 1962, the firm became Boisjoli Houghton, operating under this name until 1982 when it merged to become Boisjoli Sabbah Sabbag Ziri & Malka, then Boisjoli Sabbag. Throughout these changes, the firm has consistently risen to the needs of its diversified clients and always symbolized excellence in public accounting, auditing, taxation, financing, and management consulting. 

The partners’ vision, sense of business and open-mindedness has allowed PSB Boisjoli to develop and offer a wide array of specialized services to a broad range of market sectors. The services we have developed over the last ten years include Financial Reorganization and Insolvency, Scientific Research and Experimental Development, Business Valuation, Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support, Risk Management, Human Resources and Translation of Financial Information.

We continue to focus our energies and efforts to respond to the growing needs of our clients.

For over ten years PSB has been a member of IGAF Worldwide, one of the largest international organizations of accounting firms in the world. Besides allowing our clients to benefit from international tax and financial expertise, IGAF allows us to track worldwide accounting and business trends.
